韧性景观理念下的城市滨海空间规划设计策略研究——以青岛城阳区滨海绿道为例

Research on Urban Coastal Space Planning and Design Strategy under the Concept of Resilient Landscape:A Case Study of Coastal Greenway in Chengyang District,Qingdao

“韧性”理念的提出是为了应对城市发展的不确定性及常有灾害的发生,并逐步形成一种新的城市治理模式。滨海空间是城市海陆相互作用的生态界面,形成“海洋-海岸-城市”协同共生体。针对目前城市滨海空间存在的系列问题,将韧性景观理念引入城市滨海空间规划设计中,并以青岛城阳区滨海绿道项目为例,在分析归纳其现存问题的基础上,从工程措施、生态措施、综合性措施等三个层面提出韧性景观理念下滨海空间的规划设计策略。为可持续发展提供了新思路,以期为相关规划设计实践提供有益参考。

The concept of"resilience"is put forward to deal with the uncertainty of urban development and the occurrence of frequent disasters,and gradually form a new urban governance model.Coastal space is the ecological interface of urban land-sea interaction,forming the"ocean-coast-city"synergistic symbiont.Aiming at a series of problems existing in the urban coastal space,the concept of resilient landscape is introduced into the urban coastal space planning and design.Taking the Coastal Greenway project of Chengyang District of Qingdao as an example,the planning and design strategy of resilient landscape is proposed from three aspects,including engineering measures,ecological measures and comprehensive measures,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the existing problems.It provides a new idea for sustainable development,in order to provide useful reference for related planning and design practice.
