摘要 目前我国处于既有商业综合体更新改造的阶段之中,由于我国在既有商业综合体更新改造相关领域的研究比发达国家较为落后,因此使得更新改造后的商业活力无法使得营业额达到预期设想。空间活力需要充分考虑消费者行为活动以及心理需求等,同时也要保证商业空间各类业态功能、商业设施串联起来,通过活力提升带动商业营业额。文章以提升空间活力作为前提对商业综合体的更新改造提出设计策略,以期为未来既有商业综合体更新改造提供参考。 At present,China is in the stage of upgrading and renovating existing commercial complexes.Due to the backwardness of research in the related fields of upgrading and renovating existing commercial complexes compared to developed countries,the commercial vitality after renovation cannot achieve the expected revenue.The vitality of the space needs to fully consider consumer behavior,activities,and psychological needs,while also ensuring that various types of commercial functions and facilities in the commercial space are connected,and driving commercial revenue through vitality enhancement.The paper proposes design strategies for the renovation and renovation of commercial complexes based on the premise of enhancing spatial vitality,in order to provide reference for the future renovation and renovation of existing commercial complexes.
