石河子八一糖厂工业遗产调研及适应性再利用初探

Investigation and Adaptive Reuse of Industrial Heritage of Shihezi Bayi Sugar Factory

文章选取石河子市八一糖厂工业遗产为研究对象,在对厂区进行全面的背景研究的基础上,对场地的整体区位、历史沿革、平面布局、生产流线做出总结,并结合实地调研对场地内工业遗产历史年代、形态结构、保护等级、保存现状分布特征进行分析。最后,结合适应性再利用原则,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出更新策略,以启发后续糖厂的保护与再利用工作。

This paper selects Shihezi Bayi Sugar Factory Industrial Heritage as the research object,based on the background of the factory to conduct a comprehensive study,for the whole of the site location,history,plane layout,the production line to make a summary,and combined with field investigation to analyze historical sites within the industrial heritage s,morphological structure,protection grade,save the status quo distribution characteristics are analyzed.Finally,based on the principle of adaptive reuse,the renewal strategy is proposed from macro,meso and micro levels to inspire the subsequent protection and reuse of sugar mills.
