With reference to the top-level design of"future community",spatial remodeling is carried out on old settlements.Following the five aspects of"innovation,digitalization,ecological view,regionalism and sociality",the influence of intelligent renewal on spatial remodeling is analyzed,the high-quality and sustainable development mode of the city is established,the urban interface is changed from the perspective of the future,and the discourse power in the development history of international cities is obtained.
