信息化时代TPACK框架下高职英语教师发展探析

摘要 以云应用和人工智能为特征的信息化时代引发了高职英语教学的深度变革。信息化时代高职英语教学改革引导教师发展。一方面,原有传统的教师发展内涵得到进一步深化;另一方面,教师发展与信息化密切相连,呈现出教师知识结构多样化和复杂化的特征。信息化素养已成为新时代高职英语教师必备素质之一。TPACK是符合信息化教学发展要求的教师知识框架。以TPACK理论为切入点,通过剖析高职英语教师发展现状和发展困境,从教师本身和教育管理方面探讨了解决发展困境的可行对策。 The information age with the characteristics of cloud apps and AI brings about the deep reform of vocational English teaching.The reform of vocational English teaching guides teacher’s development.On one hand,old traditional connotation of teachers’development is further deepened.On the other hand,teachers’development is close related to the information,and the knowledge structure of teachers becomes multiple and more complex.Information literacy has been one necessity of vocational English teachers.TPACK is the teacher’s knowledge framework that coincides with the requirements of information-based teaching.This paper analyzed the current situation and difficulties on vocational English teacher’s development and discussed proper strategies.
