科教融合两地培养学生二次入学面临问题的分析与解决——以齐鲁工业大学海洋技术科学学部培养模式为例

摘要 从科教并重转向科教融合是我国高等教育强国建设的必然选择,科教融合也是应用研究型大学建设的必然选择,为了更好地发挥科教融合办学的综合优势,本科生采取“2+2”两地培养方式,这种方式下,大三学生面临着二次入学的情况。辅导员扮演着大学生成长成才人生导师和健康生活的朋友角色,要提前思考解决二次入学过程中面临的问题,做好日常管理、心理健康、安全教育及思政教育等工作衔接,让大三学生尽早融入新环境,为学生的学习生活开启一个好的开端。 it is an inevitable choice for China’s construction of a powerful country in higher education to shift from equal emphasis on science and education to the integration of science and education.The integration of science and education is also an inevitable choice for the construction of applied research universities.In order to give better play to the comprehensive advantages of science and education integration in running universities,an important way is“2+2”two-way training.In this way,junior students are facing the situation of“secondary enrollment”.Counselors play the role of intimate friends of college students and life tutors of growing up.They should think about and solve the problems faced in the process of“secondary enrollment”in advance,and do a good job in the connection of daily management,mental health,safety education and ideological and political education,so as to make a good start for the study and life of junior students.
