科教融合两地培养学生二次入学面临问题的分析与解决——以齐鲁工业大学海洋技术科学学部培养模式为例

从科教并重转向科教融合是我国高等教育强国建设的必然选择,科教融合也是应用研究型大学建设的必然选择,为了更好地发挥科教融合办学的综合优势,本科生采取“2+2”两地培养方式,这种方式下,大三学生面临着二次入学的情况。辅导员扮演着大学生成长成才人生导师和健康生活的朋友角色,要提前思考解决二次入学过程中面临的问题,做好日常管理、心理健康、安全教育及思政教育等工作衔接,让大三学生尽早融入新环境,为学生的学习生活开启一个好的开端。
