基于OBE理念与学分制的本科人才培养方案探析

The Revision of Undergraduate Talent Training Program Based on OBE Concept and Credit System

随着创新发展的推进以及创新教育体系的构建,推进高等教育科学化、高效化的改革进程,已成为高质量人才培养的根本动力。为加快实现高等院校高质量人才培养体系构建,将OBE理念与学分制改革举措融合,谋划人才培养方略,修订人才培养方案。从指导思想、实施要求、实施要点、实施保障等方面进一步厘清高等教育人才培养方案的内涵,尝试和探索新的人才培养模式,以期通过改进培养模式提高人才培养质量。

With the promotion of innovative development and the construction of innovative education system,promoting the scientific and efficient reform process of higher education has become the fundamental driving force for the cultivation of high-quality talents.In order to accelerate the construction of high-quality talent training system in colleges and universities,this paper integrates OBE concept with credit system reform measures,plans talent training strategy and revises talent training scheme.Further clarify the connotation of higher education talent training program from the aspects of guiding ideology,implementation requirements,implementation key points and implementation guarantee,try and explore new talent training mode,in order to improve the quality of talent training by improving the training mode.
