完善学业质量评价体系 提升人才培养质量

摘要 通过对全国部分省的382所中等职业学校和43家企业作为调查对象进行网络问卷、采样研究,在评价内容、评价标准、评价主体、评价方法等四个方面调研了中职生学业质量评价现状,分析了学业质量评价的基本情况及存在问题,提出全面评价学生学业质量的建议,构建符合“校企”双元需求、双元评价的学业质量评价体系。通过知识评价、技能评价和素养评价三个方面,采用定性和定量相结合的评价方法对学生做出全面评价,以促进学生发展,提升人才培养质量。 Through the network questionnaire and sampling research on 382 secondary vocational schools and 43 enterprises in some provinces,this paper investigates the current situation of learning quality evaluation of secondary vocational students in four aspects:evaluation content,evaluation standard,evaluation subject and evaluation method,analyzes the basic situation and existing problems of learning quality evaluation,puts forward suggestions for comprehensive evaluation of students’learning quality,and constructs a system that meets the dual needs of“school and enterprises”dual evaluation of learning quality evaluation system.Through three aspects of knowledge evaluation,skill evaluation and literacy evaluation,we use a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to make a comprehensive evaluation of students,so as to promote the development of students and improve the quality of talent training.
