High-quality and Characteristic Development of Applied Undergraduate Colleges in the New Era

应用型本科高校肩负着培养应用型人才的历史使命,其发展质量和水平,影响着地方乃至国家发展所需要的人才的供给质量。为促进应用型本科高校高质量特色发展,利用SWOT分析方法深入地探讨新时代应用型本科高校自身拥有的优势、劣势,面临的机会和挑战,进而提出了差别化、需求导向化、产教融合化、学生主体化、数字化、专业化等六化办学策略,旨在推动应用型本科高校提高办学水平,更好地为建设社会主义现代化强国服务。

In the new era,applied undergraduate colleges shoulder the historical mission of cultiva-ting applied talents.The level of their development affect the quality of talents supply for local and national development.In order to promote the high-quality and characteristic development of applied undergraduate colleges,the SWOT analysis method is used to further explore the advantages,disad-vantages,opportunities and challenges faced by applied undergraduate colleges in the new era.Six management strategies are proposed in this paper from the aspects of difference,demand-oriented,integration of production and teaching,students-centered,digitizing and professional management.The purpose is to promote school-running level of applied undergraduate colleges,so that they can better serve the construction of a powerful modern socialist country.
