一种单相全桥逆变器的设计

摘要 针对各种用电设备对电能质量要求不断提高,逆变电路的输出波形存在一定的纹波和畸变情况,设计了一种采用电压外环电流内环双闭环控制的单相全桥逆变电路,分析了影响逆变器输出波形的因素,在此基础上,搭建了系统的仿真模型并进行了仿真。仿真结果显示,输出电流的THD约为0.75%,且输出电压在负载扰动和交流给定发生变化的情况下可以很好地跟踪给定电压。 The requirement for power quality in all sorts of electric equipment is constantly rising,and the output waveform of the inverter circuit has certain ripple and distortion conditions.A single-phase full-bridge inverter controlled by voltage outer loop and current inner loop is designed in this paper,the factors influencing output waveform of inverter are analyzed.On this basis,the simulation model of the system is built and simulated.Simulation results show that the THD of the output cur-rent is about 0.75%,and the output voltage can track the given voltage well in the case of load dis-turbance and AC given changes.
