基于校企合作的职教本科石油化工类专业人才培养模式探索与实践

Talent Training Mode of Petrochemical Professionals in Undergraduate Vocational Education Based on School-enterprise Cooperation

在石油勘探开发技术升级换代、战略性新兴产业大发展背景下,以开展本科层次职业教育为契机,根据石油化工行业人才需求,以河北石油职业技术大学为例,基于国家双高计划和创新发展行动计划等建设基础,遵循职业教育培养规律,通过校企协同打造高水平教师教学团队、科学规划专业建设路径、构建职教本科课程体系、校企互通共建实训基地等措施,注重内涵式高质量发展,探索基于校企合作、适应职业岗位集群能力要求、可持续发展、可推广应用的本科层次职业教育石油化工类高层次技术技能人才培养模式,增强职业教育适应性。

Under the background of technology upgrading in petroleum exploration and development and the strategic emerging industries development,undergraduate-level vocational education is car-ried out.According to the demand for talents in petrochemical industry,and based on construction foundations of the national double-high plan and innovative development action plan,talents training mode in Hebei Petroleum University of Technology is studied by following the rules of vocational edu-cation training.The study aims to build a high-level teaching team through school-enterprise collabo-ration,and plan professional construction paths scientifically,build a vocational undergraduate cur-riculum system as well as a training base through school-enterprise cooperation.By focusing on high-quality development,the training mode of high-level technical and skilled personnel in petrochemical engineering in undergraduate vocational education will be explored by adapting to ability require-ments of vocational post clusters and sustainable development,which can enhance the adaptability of vocational education.
