乡村振兴背景下承德特色农产品发展模式研究:以兴隆山楂产业为例

Development Mode of Chengde Characteristic Agricultural Products under Background of Rural Revitalization:a Case Study of Hawthorn Industry in Xinglong County

乡村振兴,农民增收是核心,产业兴旺是重点。承德地区农业农村工作形势整体向好,但也面临包括农业基础设施依然薄弱,农民稳定增收依然困难,经济结构及产业发展依然失衡等问题。本文以承德市兴隆县山楂产业为例,深入研究区域特色农业产业发展现状,针对现存的技术创新能力不足,产业标准化程度低,缺乏统一规范,品牌大而不强,全产业链一体化程度低等问题,提出有效应对措施,改善农业产业质量效益,提高核心竞争力,助力农民增收,防止发生规模性返贫,扎实推进乡村建设和农业产业改革,逐步实现乡村振兴。

Increasing farmers’income is the core of rural revitalization,and industrial prosperity is the key point.The overall situation of agricultural and rural work in Chengde area is improving,but it also faces many problems such as weak agricultural infrastructure,difficulty in increasing farmers’income steadily,and the unbalanced economic structure and industrial development.Taking haw-thorn industry in Xinglong County as an example,this paper futher studies the development status of regional characteristic agricultural industry.The study aims to solve the following problems,such as lack of existing technological innovation capabilities,low degree of industrial standardization,lack of unified norms,big but not famals brand,and low degree of integration of the whole industry chain.Effective measures are put forward to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural industry,en-hance core competitiveness,help farmers increase income,prevent large-scale return to poverty and steadily promote rural construction and agricultural industry reform,which gradually helps to realize rural revitalization.
