微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Rotational Resection in the Treatment of Benign Breast Tumors

目的探讨微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取66例乳腺良性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组(n=33)和研究组(n=33)。对照组行传统开放手术治疗,研究组行微创旋切术治疗,比较两组的手术相关指标、并发症发生情况及乳房外形美观度。结果研究组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口愈合时间及手术瘢痕长度均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.06%,低于对照组的27.27%(P<0.05)。术后6个月,研究组乳房外形美观度优良率为93.94%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论与传统开放手术相比,微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的手术创伤小,可明显降低患者的并发症发生率,提高乳房外形美观度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive rotational resection in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods 66 patients with benign breast tumors were randomly divided into control group(n=33)and study group(n=33).The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive rotational resection.The surgical related indicators,complications and breast appearance aesthetics were compared between two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the control group,and the surgical time,incision healing time and surgical scar length were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.06%,lower than 27.27%of the control group(P<0.05).6 months after surgery,the excellent and good rate of breast appearance aesthetics in the study group was 93.94%,higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open surgery,minimally invasive rotational resection has less surgical trauma in the treatment of benign breast tumors,and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the breast appearance aesthetics.
