柴胡桂枝汤联合常规西药治疗肝郁脾虚证胃炎的效果

Effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction Combined with Routine Western Medicine in the Treatment of Gastritis of Liver-Depression and Spleen-Deficiency Syndrome

目的探讨柴胡桂枝汤联合常规西药治疗肝郁脾虚证胃炎的效果。方法选取2021年4月至2023年4月我院收治的90例胃炎患者,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用柴胡桂枝汤。比较两组的治疗效果、中医证候积分及血清指标。结果观察组总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MTL、NPY、PGⅠ水平升高,观察组MTL、NPY、PGⅠ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤联合常规西药治疗肝郁脾虚证胃炎的效果较好,可改善患者症状,调节胃肠激素表达。

Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of gastritis of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome.Methods 90 patients with gastritis admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of enrollment.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,scores of TCM symptoms and serum indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.56%,higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MTL,NPY and PG Ⅰ levels of the two groups increased,the MTL,NPY and PG Ⅰ levels of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with routine western medicine has better effect in the treatment of gastritis of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome,which can improve the symptoms and regulate the expression of gastrointestinal hormone.
