基于辨病施治的自拟柔肝活血熄风汤对偏头痛预防性药物治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study on Self-Made Rougan Huoxue Xifeng Tang Based on Disease Differentiation and Treatment in the Preventive Drug Therapy of Migraine

目的探讨基于辨病施治的自拟柔肝活血熄风汤对偏头痛预防性药物治疗的临床效果。方法将96例偏头痛患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于辨病施治的自拟柔肝活血熄风汤治疗。比较两组的中医证候积分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论基于辨病施治的自拟柔肝活血熄风汤可提高偏头痛患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Rougan Huoxue Xifeng Tang based on disease differentiation and treatment on the preventive drug therapy of migraine.Methods 96 migraine patients were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,and the observation group was treated with self-made Rougan Huoxue Xifeng Tang based on disease differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.8%,higher than 77.1%in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Self-made Rougan Huoxue Xifeng Tang based on disease differentiation and treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of migraine patients,and improve the symptoms,with higher safety.
