调任通督针刺法联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture Combined with Paroxetine in the Treatment of Depression and the Impact on Patients' Sleep Quality

目的探讨调任通督针刺法联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法将140例抑郁症患者随机分为两组各70例。对照组仅采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组采用调任通督针刺法联合帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、睡眠质量及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于治疗前,且观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为31.43%,明显低于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论与帕罗西汀单药治疗相比,调任通督针刺法联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症患者的临床效果更佳,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tiaoren Tongdu acupuncture combined with paroxetine in the treatment of depression and the impact on patients'sleep quality.Methods 140 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with paroxetine,while the observation group was treated with Tiaoren Tongdu acupuncture combined with paroxetine.The treatment effect,sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.86%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 31.43%,significantly lower than 50.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with paroxetine monotherapy,Tiaoren Tongdu acupuncture combined with paroxetine has better effect in the treatment of patients with depression,which can more effectively improve the sleep quality,and reduce the adverse reactions.
