无创助产技术和会阴侧切术在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果比较

Comparison on the Application Effect of Non-Invasive Midwifery Technique and Lateral Episiotomy in Puerperae with Natural Delivery

目的对比无创助产技术和会阴侧切术在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月于我院自然分娩的108例产妇,按照助产方式不同分为无创助产组(n=52)和会阴侧切组(n=56)。比较两组产妇产后的疼痛程度、盆底功能及并发症发生率。结果无创助产组产后12h、48h的VAS评分明显低于会阴侧切组(P<0.05)。无创助产组产后的盆底功能障碍量表(PFDI-20)、盆底功能影响问卷(PFIQ-7)评分明显低于会阴侧切组(P<0.05)。无创助产组产后并发症发生率为5.77%,明显低于会阴侧切组的23.21%(P<0.05)。结论与会阴侧切术相比,无创助产技术在自然分娩产妇中应用效果更好,可显著减轻产妇产后疼痛感和盆底功能损伤,降低产后并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of non-invasive midwifery technique and lateral episiotomy in puerperae with natural delivery.Methods 108 puerperae delivered in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into non-invasive midwifery group(n=52)and episiotomy group(n=56)according to the different midwifery methods.The postpartum pain degree,pelvic floor function and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at 12 hours and 48 hours after delivery of the non-invasive midwifery group were significantly lower than those of the episiotomy group(P<0.05).The postpartum scores of pelvic floor dysfunction scale(PFDI-20)and pelvic floor function impact questionnaire(PFIQ-7)in the non-invasive midwifery group were significantly lower than those in the episiotomy group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the non-invasive midwifery group was 5.77%,significantly lower than 23.21%in the episiotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with lateral episiotomy,non-invasive midwifery technique has better application effect in puerperae with natural delivery,which can significantly reduce postpartum pain and pelvic floor function injury,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.
