基于循证理念的护理干预在胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention Based on Evidence-Based Concept in Patients with Cholecystolithiasis Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨基于循证理念的护理干预在胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法将86例胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者随机分为两组各43例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于循证理念的护理干预。比较两组患者的心理状态、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组干预后的病人健康问卷(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3d、5d的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。结论基于循证理念的护理干预可明显缓解胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者不良心理情绪,减轻患者术后疼痛,降低患者并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on evidence-based concept in patients with cholecystolithiasis laparoscopic surgery.Methods 86 patients with cholecystolithiasis laparoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on evidence-based concept.The psychological state,pain degree and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of PHQ-9 and GAD-7 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 days and 5 days after surgery,the NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on evidence-based concept can significantly alleviate the adverse psychological mood of patients with cholecystolithiasis laparoscopic surgery,relieve postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
