基于IKAP的延续护理在川崎病患儿中的应用

Application of IKAP-Based Extended Nursing for Children with Kawasaki Disease

目的探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)的延续护理在川崎病患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2023年1月我院收治的60例川崎病患儿,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于IKAP的延续护理。比较两组患儿家属疾病知识掌握评分、症状消失时间和并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组家属疾病知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、黏膜充血消失时间、手足肿胀消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论基于IKAP的延续护理可增强川崎病患儿家属疾病知识掌握情况,缩短患儿症状消失时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)-based extended nursing for children with Kawasaki disease.Methods 60 children with Kawasaki disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received IKAP-based extended nursing.The family mastery degree of disease knowledge,symptom disappearance time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the family mastery scores of disease knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,mucosal congestion and hand-foot swelling in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IKAP-based extended nursing can enhance the family mastery of disease knowledge of children with Kawasaki disease,shorten the symptom disappearance time and reduce the incidence of complications.
