视频宣教对结肠镜检查患者肠道准备质量及不良反应的影响

Impact of Video Education on the Bowel Preparation Quality and Adverse Reactions in Patients Undergoing Colonoscopy

目的探讨视频宣教对结肠镜检查患者肠道准备质量及不良反应的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月于我院行结肠镜检查的80例患者,随机将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。结肠镜检查前对照组采用常规宣教,观察组采用视频宣教。比较两组患者的肠道准备知识掌握水平、肠道准备质量及不良反应发生率。结果宣教后,观察组肠道准备知识掌握水平及波士顿肠道准备量表(BBPS)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。宣教后,肠道准备不良反应发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论视频宣教可明显提高结肠镜检查患者的肠道准备知识掌握水平和肠道准备质量,降低肠道准备不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of video education on the bowel preparation quality and adverse reactions in patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods 80 patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Before colonoscopy,the control group was given routine education,and the observation group was given video education.The mastery level of bowel preparation knowledge,bowel preparation quality and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After education,the mastery level of bowel preparation knowledge and the scores of Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After education,the incidence of adverse reactions of bowel preparation was 2.50%,significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Video education can significantly improve the mastery level of bowel preparation knowledge and the bowel preparation quality in patients undergoing colonoscopy,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of bowel preparation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
