Impact of Internet+Medical Care Mode in the Application of Outpatient Management on Elderly Patients

目的研究“互联网+医疗”模式应用于门诊管理对老年患者的影响。方法根据就医模式不同将我院门诊就医的600例老年患者分为研究组(“互联网+医疗”模式,425例)与对照组(传统模式,175例)。比较两组患者的就医满意度及自我能力评分。结果研究组对挂号、就诊、缴费、获取检查报告、就诊流程及取药方式的就医满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对智能设备操作的熟练度、自身学习能力、独立操作能力的自我能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统模式相比,“互联网+医疗”模式可提高老年患者的就医满意度、自我能力评分,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the impact of Internet+medical care mode in the application of outpatient management on elderly patients.Methods 600 elderly patients admitted to our outpatient were diveided into study group(lnternet+medical care,425 cases)and control group(traditional mode,175 cases)according to different medical treatment modes.The satisfaction degree of medical care and the self-ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction scores of medical care for registration,consultation,paying,obtaining inspection report,visit process and dispensary method in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-ability scores for proficiency in operating intelligent devices,self learning ability and independent operation ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional mode,Internet+medical care mode can improve the satisfaction degree of medical care and the self-ability scores,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
