唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸形患者修复术后自我接纳现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on Self-Acceptance Status and Influencing Factors in Patients with Stage Ⅱ Cleft Lip Nasal Deformity after Repair

目的分析唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸性患者修复术后自我接纳现状及影响因素。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月于我院行手术修复的62例唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸患者,术后6个月使用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)评估其自我接纳现状,统计患者的基线资料,使用单因素和多元线性回归分析影响唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸患者修复术后自我接纳现状的相关因素。结果62例患者SAQ评分为(42.44±14.70)分。患者SAQ评分与其性别、家人态度、是否经常参加集体活动、家庭状况有关(P<0.05)。线性回归分析显示,性别、家人态度、是否经常参加集体活动及家庭状况是影响患者SAQ评分的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论唇裂Ⅱ期鼻畸患者修复术后自我接纳现状处于中等偏上水平,性别、家人态度、经常参加集体活动及家庭状况是影响患者自我接纳水平的相关因素。

Objective To analyze the self-acceptance status and influencing factors of patients with stage Ⅱ cleft lip nasal deformity after repair.Methods 62 patients with stage Ⅱ cleft lip nasal deformity undergoing surgical repair in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The self-acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)was used to evaluate the self-acceptance status at 6 months after operation.The baseline data of patients were counted,and the related factors affecting the self-acceptance status of patients with stage Ⅱ cleft lip nasal deformity after repair were analyzed by single factor and multiple linear regression.Results The SAQ score of 62 patients was(42.44±14.70)points.The SAQ scores of patients were related with gender,family attitude,regularly participating in group activities,and family status(P<0.05).Linear regression showed that gender,family attitude,regularly participating in group activities,and family status were the related factors affecting the SAQ score of patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Self-acceptance status of patients with stage Ⅱ cleft lip nasal deformity after repair is above the middle level.Gender,family attitude,regularly participating in group activities,and family status are the related factors affecting the self-acceptance level of patients.
