单侧受压密封圈摩擦力的建模与辨识

摘要 密封圈在受到单侧的介质压力时会发生明显的单向变形,摩擦力因此表现出关于速度的不对称特性。为描述摩擦力的不对称性,提出改进的非对称Stribeck密封圈摩擦力模型,并构造带约束的最小二乘优化问题,使用信赖域法求解参数辨识问题。最后,使用基于无摩擦气缸的密封圈摩擦力测试台测量不受压和单侧受压时的摩擦力,验证了所提不对称摩擦力模型与辨识方法的有效性。 When the seal ring is subjected to unilateral medium pressure,it will have apparent unidirectional deformation,so the friction shows asymmetric features to velocity.An improved asymmetric friction model of the Stribeck seal ring is proposed to describe the asymmetry of variance,and a constrained least squares optimization problem is constructed.The trust-region-reflective method is used to solve the parameter identification problem.Finally,a friction tester based on a frictionless cylinder is used to measure the friction without pressure and under unilateral pressure,and the validity of the asymmetric friction model and identification method proposed was verified.
