数字经济赋能生产性服务业和制造业高质量融合发展研究

Research on Digital Economy Empowering High-Quality Integrated Development of Productive Services and Manufacturing

依托数字经济走生产性服务业与制造业高质量融合发展之路,是把握数字化发展机遇,加速生产性服务业和制造业转型升级的关键。在分析生产性服务业和制造业融合发展现状的基础上,研究了数字经济推动生产性服务业与制造业融合的动力和作用机制。发现数字经济可通过“产业数字化”和“数字产业化”的双轮联合驱动模式,突破当前生产性服务业与制造业发展存在的困境,进一步加快生产性服务业与制造业向数字化、智能化、高端化方向转型升级,从而推动生产性服务业和制造业的融合。研究发现,通过推动生产性服务业、制造业的数字化转型,增强数字技术创新能力,共建共享数字体系等措施,数字经济能够加速两业良性互动机制的形成,推动两业高质量融合发展。

Relying on the digital economy to embark on a development path of high-quality integration of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry is the key to capitalizing on the opportunities of digital development and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry,this study examines the dynamics and mechanisms of the digital economy in promoting the integration of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry.It is found that digital economy can break through the current difficulties in the development of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry through the two-wheeled joint drive mode of“industrial digitization”and“digital industrialization”.Meanwhile,digital economy is also able to further accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry in the direction of digitization,intelligentization and high-end orientation.The results of the study shows that the integration of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry can be promoted through concerted efforts such as the construction of shared infrastructure,the high-quality integration of the productive service industry and the manufacturing industry,the construction of a digital system that is jointly built and shared,safe and controllable,the consolidation of the foundation of digital development through digital industrialization,the building a professional talent pool,and the digital transformation of the whole industrial chain for the development of the two.
