将军庙至乌拉斯台口岸铁路方案研究

摘要 乌拉斯台口岸是新疆至蒙古国已开通的陆路口岸,是中蒙西部运输通道的重要组成部分。为积极落实“一带一路”倡议,主动融入丝绸之路经济带,促进中蒙俄贸易发展,将军庙至乌拉斯台口岸铁路的建设具有重要意义和作用。通过分析将军庙至乌拉斯台口岸铁路交通运输现状、运输需求、工程技术经济条件等因素,研究乌将铁路将军庙站接轨方案、在建将淖铁路北山东站接轨方案、阿准铁路吐尔洪站接轨方案、阿准铁路喀谷站接轨方案4种接轨方案与线路走向方案,比较分析各接入方案的接轨站改造方案、线路走向方案、工程难易程度及工程投资的影响。最终推荐采用乌将铁路将军庙站接轨方案,可以更好地构建乌拉斯台口岸矿产资源通道“一轴三核”布局,促进口岸开发、带动中蒙沿线区域经济发展。 Ulastai Port is an open land port from Xinjiang to Mongolia and an important part of the transport corridor in the west of China and Mongolia.To actively implement the“Belt and Road”cooperation initiative,actively integrate into the Silk Road Economic Belt,and promote trade development between China Mongolia Russia,the construction of the railway from Jiangjunmiao to Ulastai Port is of great significance.By analyzing factors such as the current situation of the railway transportation,transportation demands,engineering and economic conditions,this paper explored four railway connection plans:Wujiang Jiangjunmiao Railway,North Mountain East Station of Jiangnao Railway,Tuerhong Station of Azzun Railway,and Kagu Station of Azzun Railway.A comparative analysis is conducted on the station transformation plans,route alignment plans,engineering difficulty,and the impact on project investment for each connection plan.Finally,it is recommended to adopt the Wujiang Jiangjunmiao Railway Station connection plan,which can better build the“one axis and three cores”layout of the mineral resources channel at Ulastai Port,promote the port development and drive the regional economic development along the China Mongolia border.
