基于Airpak的船舶空调舱室热环境数值模拟

摘要 选择某船舶夏季空调舱室为研究对象,为了探究舱室中的船员是否处于热舒适良好的环境中,运用Airpak软件对船舶空调舱室进行模拟,并对船舶空调舱室中X=3 m、Y=1.2 m两个截面进行重点研究,对其中影响两位船员热舒适度的因素如室内空气温度、压力、速度、PMV-PPD以及空气龄进行重点分析。研究表明,船员所处环境热舒适性良好,符合设计要求和规范,模拟结果能够为类似的船舶空调舱室设计和改良提供参考。 The air-conditioned cabin of a ship in summer is taken as the research object.In order to explore whether the crew in the cabin is in a good thermal comfort environment,Airpak software is used to simulate the air-conditioned cabin of the ship,and the two sections of X=3 m and Y=1.2 m in the air-conditioned cabin of the ship are studied.The factors that affect the thermal comfort of the two crew members,such as indoor air temperature,pressure,velocity,PMV-PPD and air age,are analyzed.The study indicates that the thermal comfort of the crew's environment is good and meets the design requirements and specifications.The simulation results can provide a reference for the design and improvement of similar air conditioning cabins in ships.
