绝热散料吸水性测试方法研究

摘要 设计一种吸水性测试方法及配套装置,并对膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、玻化微珠、轻质陶粒及憎水改性膨胀珍珠岩等绝热散料进行吸水性测试,提出一些吸水性试验具体操作要点及建议。结果表明:绝热散料的粒径与其吸水率成反比;28 d吸水率比5 min吸水率的测试结果偏差及变异系数更小,结果更稳定;5 min吸水率可以快速定性检测绝热散料是否经过憎水处理,28 d吸水率可以用来表征绝热散料的长期吸水性。 A water absorption test method and supporting equipment were designed.The water absorption test was conducted on thermal insulation bulk materials such as expanded perlite,expanded vermiculite,vitrified microbeads,lightweight ceramic particles,and hydrophobic modified expanded perlite.Specific operational guidelines and recommendations for the water absorption test were provided.The results demonstrate that the particle size of thermal insulation bulk materials is inversely proportional to their water absorption rate.The deviation and coefficient of variation of water absorption at 28 days were smaller than that at 5 minutes,indicating more stable results.The water absorption rate at 5 minutes can quickly and qualitatively detect whether the insulation bulk material has undergone hydrophobic treatment,while the water absorption rate at 28 days can be used to characterize the long-term water absorption of the insulation bulk material.
