摘要
在分析智能物流行业人才需求的基础上,以“物流与供应链管理”专业课为例,探讨了校企协同高素质育人案例教学的总体模式,从问题分析、系统规划、算法设计、仿真测试等多环节抽取并构建了典型工程案例库。教学实践显示,该校企协同育人案例教学模式可以更好地满足行业对高素质复合型人才培养的需要。
In this paper,based on an analysis of the talent demand in the intelligent logistics industry,and taking the"Logistics and Supply Chain Management"course as example,we discussed the overall case teaching mode for school-enterprise collaborative high-quality talent cultivation,and from the aspects of problem analysis,system planning,algorithm design,and simulation testing,etc.extracted and built the typical engineering case database.Relevant teaching practice showed that the school-enterprise collaborative case teaching model can well meet the industry's needs for high-quality compound talents.
