智慧物流背景下高职现代物流管理专业教学内容与教学方法改革

Reform of Teaching Content and Teaching Method of Higher Vocational Modern Logistics Management Specialty in Context of Smart Logistics

智慧物流时代需要复合型物流人才,为匹配市场需求、对接行业职业技能等级标准,需对现代物流管理专业教学内容与方法进行改革,为此提出“课、证、岗、赛”四融合的课程体系,采用融入VR虚拟技术、基于新构建主义的BOPPPS教学方法,采取“自上而下的学校层级划分的组织体系+自下而上的多元主体参与协作的治理体系”双轨保障机制,实现“专业培养+证书培训+竞赛打磨+顶岗实训”的人才培养模式。

In this paper,we proposed the"course,certificate,career,and competition"integrated curricular system,then adopted the neo constructivism based BOPPPS teaching method that incorporates the VR virtual technology,and established a dual-track guarantee mechanism which included a"top-down school hierarchical system"and a"bottom-up multi-participant collaborative governance system"in a bid to achieve the talent training system aimed at"professional training+certificate training+competition polishing+on-the-job training".
