长三角地区农村低碳物流效率测度及影响因素研究

摘要 落后的农村物流成为阻碍我国农村社会经济高质量发展的重要因素,而农村物流低碳化又是农村物流绿色发展过程中亟须解决的关键问题。采用超效率SBM模型与GML指数模型从静动结合的角度测度农村低碳物流效率,分析其变化趋势,构建Tobit回归模型分析影响农村低碳物流效率的相关因素。研究发现,长三角地区农村低碳物流效率呈先下降后稳步上升趋势,但仍处于较低水平,按照平均效率值由高到低分别为安徽省、浙江省、江苏省、上海市。浙江省农村低碳物流效率存在移动增长,安徽省与上海市全要素生产率出现增长。技术进步效率是影响农村低碳物流效率的主要因素,政府支持、能源利用率及物流设施利用率是影响长三角地区农村低碳物流效率提升的重要成因。 Backward rural logistics has become an important factor hindering the high-quality development of rural social and economic development in China,and low-carbon rural logistics is a key problem that needs to be solved urgently in the process of green development of rural logistics.The SBM-super efficiency model and GML index model were used to measure the rural low-carbon logistics efficiency from the perspective of static and dynamic combination,analyze its change trend,and construct a Tobit regression model to analyze the relevant factors affecting the rural low-carbon logistics efficiency.It is found that the efficiency of rural low-carbon logistics in the Yangtze River Delta region shows a trend of decline first and then steadily increases,but it is still at a low level,and the average efficiency values are Anhui Province,Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province and Shanghai Municipality from high to low.There is a mobile increase in the efficiency of low-carbon logistics in rural areas in Zhejiang Province,and an increase in total factor productivity in Anhui Province and Shanghai.The efficiency of technological progress is the main factor affecting the efficiency of rural low-carbon logistics,and government support,energy utilization rate and logistics facility utilization rate are important factors affecting the improvement of rural low-carbon logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta region.
