利用点云数据构建避雷器场仿真模型的探索

摘要 目前,现有的避雷器仿真计算模型大多是基于图纸参数在仿真软件中建立避雷器三维模型。然而,现有的点云逆向建模软件并未考虑与电场仿真软件的兼容性。提出了一种新的方法,利用激光雷达扫描避雷器获取现场真实的LiDAR点云数据,并使用3ds MAX对避雷器的电场有限元仿真模型进行逆向建模。通过STL文件格式实现了模型与SolidWorks软件的交互。通过对比两种软件建模方式的异同,优化了文件格式交换过程中出现的各种问题。同时,还分析了在3ds MAX上建立的模型无法进行有限元仿真的原因,并提出了解决方案,成功地将所建模型导入有限元仿真软件,实现了避雷器实体的模型仿真计算,并完成了电场仿真验证。该研究证明了这种研究的可行性,并为未来避雷器实景仿真计算探索了一种新的方案。 At present,most of the existing simulation calculation models of lightning arrester are based on drawing parameters to build a three-dimensional arrester model in simulation software.However,the existing point cloud reverse modeling software does not consider the compatibility with electric field simulation software.This paper proposes a new method,which uses LiDAR scanning arrester to obtain the real LiDAR point cloud data on site,and then uses 3ds MAX to make reverse model for the arrester’s electric field finite element simulation model.The interaction between the model and SolidWorks software is realized through STL file format;various problems in the process of file format exchange are solved in an optimal manner by comparing the similarities and differences between the two software modeling methods.At the same time,the paper analyzes the reason why the model established on 3ds MAX cannot be simulated by finite element,with a solution presented.Finally,the established model is successfully imported into the finite element simulation software,and the model simulation calculation of the arrester entity is realized,and the electric field simulation verification is completed.This research proves the feasibility of the new idea,and explores a new scheme for the real scene simulation calculation of the future arresters.
