摘要
为了满足电网系统对暂态扰动在线监视的需求,提出了一种基于奇异值分解法的电能质量暂态扰动在线监测方法,采用半波差值信号函数构建4阶Hankel矩阵,对矩阵进行奇异值分解并分析奇异值的变化特征,从而对暂态扰动起止时刻进行准确定位,并通过建模仿真验证了该方法的准确性。在此基础上研制出样机,采用电能质量标准测试源进行测试,进一步验证了提出的暂态扰动在线监测方法具有较小的计算量和较高的准确性。
In order to meet the needs of online monitoring for transient disturbances in the power grid system,this paper proposes an online monitoring method for transient disturbances based on singular value decomposition method.The method uses half-wave difference signal function to construct a 4-order Hankel matrix,accurately locating the start and end times of transient disturbances by decomposing the singular value of matrix and analyzing the variation characteristics of singular values.The accuracy of the method is verified through modeling and simulation.On this basis,a prototype is developed and tested by a power quality standard test source,which further verifies that the proposed transient disturbance online monitoring method has relatively less computation and higher accuracy.
