零碳社区交直流混联微电网建设方案 被引量:4

摘要 全球变暖是当今人类最重大的气候课题。实现“碳达峰,碳中和”的关键在于推动零碳社会建设,零碳社区建设是其中重要一环。构建以新能源为主体的新型配电系统,是实现“双碳”目标的重要支撑。为合理规划和接入零碳社区中的分布式电源、储能和新型负荷,保障配电系统可靠、安全、低碳运行,提出一种面向零碳社区的新型交直流混联的新型微电网建设方案。首先,阐述零碳社区示范村的现状和规划新型交直流混联架构;其次,详述分布式电源、储能、充电桩、电压治理和直流负载,构建5端低压柔性互联的配网系统;最后讲述新型交直流混联微电网系统的运行控制系统。通过构建“清洁低碳、安全高效”的新型微电网,为零碳社区的建设提供技术支撑。 Global warming is the most important climate issue of mankind today.The key to achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality is to promote the construction of a zero-carbon society,and the construction of zerocarbon community is an important part of it.The construction of a new power distribution system with new energy as the main body is an important support for achieving the"double carbon"goal.In order to rationally plan and access the distributed power supply,energy storage and new load in zero-carbon communities,and ensure the reliable,safe and low-carbon operation of the distribution system,this paper proposes a new AC-DC hybrid microgrid construction scheme for zero-carbon communities Firstly,the paper describes the status quo and planning of zerocarbon community model village and makes a study on the new AC-DC hybrid architecture.Then,the paper recounts the distributed power supply,energy storage,charging pile,voltage control device and DC load,constructing the distribution network system with flexible interconnection of 5-terminal low-voltage platform area.Finally,the paper relates the operation control system of the new hybrid AC-DC microgrid system,providing technical support for the construction of zero-carbon communities through the construction of a"clean,low carbon,safe and efficient"new microgrid.
