悬吊疗法Neurac技术结合振动器治疗脑卒中后膝过伸的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨悬吊疗法Neurac技术结合振动器治疗脑卒中后膝过伸的应用研究。方法采集2022年1月至2023年3月在大连理工大学附属大连市中心医院康复医学科接受治疗的脑卒中患者80例,按随机数字表法将纳入患者分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者进行常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用Neurac技术结合振动器进行训练。对比两组患者干预前后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、下肢运动功能(FMA)评分、下肢关键肌积分肌电值(iEMG)、膝关节本体感觉。结果观察组患者干预后BBS评分、FMA评分、下肢关键肌积分肌电值(iEMG)、膝关节本体感觉高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论悬吊疗法Neurac技术结合振动器在治疗脑卒中后膝过伸时,可改善患者躯干的平衡能力、下肢的运动功能和膝关节的本体感觉,增强患者对肢体肌肉控制的能力。 Objective To investigate the application of suspension therapy combined with Neurac technique and vibrator in the treatment of post-stroke knee extension.Methods From January 2022 to March 2023,80 stroke patients received treatment in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Dalian Central Hospital affiliated to Dalian University of Science and Technology were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table.Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group used Neurac technology and vibrator to train on the basis of the control group.The scores of Berg Balance Scale(BBS),the scores of lower limb motor function(FMA),the feeling of knee joint ontology and the integrator of lower limb key muscles(iEMG)were measured before and after intervention in both groups.Results The scores of BBS、FMAfeeling of knee joint and iEMG were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion Neurac technique combined with vibrator can improve the balance of the torso,the motion function of the lower limbs and the ontological feeling of the knee joint,as well as the ability of the patient to control the muscles of the limbs when treating the post-stroke knee obsolescence.
