多学科团队协作护理模式在PICC置管患者中的应用

A collaborative multidisciplinary team care model in patients with PICC placement

目的 探讨多学科团队协作护理模式对PICC置管患者护理效果。方法 选取2020年6月至9月延边大学附属医院行PICC置管的患者100例,按入院先后顺序分组,前50例为对照组,采用常规护理模式,后50例为干预组,采用MDT护理模式。两组均干预3个月。对比两组干预前后自我管理能力,对比两组干预后健康教育接受程度及并发症发生率。结果 干预后,两组患者自我管理能力、健康教育接受程度总分及并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多学科团队协作护理模式可有效提高PICC置管患者自我管理能力和健康教育接受程度,降低导管并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the analysis of the effect of multidisciplinary teamwork nursing model on patients with PICC placement.Methods One hundred patients who had PICC placement in Yanbian Hospital from June 2020 to September 2020 were selected and grouped according to the order of admission,the first 50 cases were the control group with conventional care mode,the last 50 cases were the intervention group with MDT care mode.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.Comparing the self-management ability before and after the intervention,comparing the acceptance of health education and the complication rate after the intervention.Results After the intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the self-management ability,total score of health education acceptance and complication rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary teamwork care model can effectively improve the self-management ability and health education acceptance degree of PICC placement patients and reduce the incidence of catheter complications.
