数字化背景下零工经济及应对策略研究

数字经济的发展正在推动产业结构升级和经济结构调整,零工经济搭借数字平台实现了重大的变革与发展。但是随着零工经济的迅速发展,零工经济的脆弱性逐渐暴露并引发大量的劳资争议,零工经济所面临的问题和挑战成为亟须解决的问题。通过总结目前国内外学者们的研究成果,首先,对引起零工经济发生重大变革的数字平台的概念和特征进行总结分析。其次,对数字化背景下的零工经济的概念、特征、类型以及与“旧”零工经济之间的区别进行概括分析。再次,对数字化背景下零工经济的机遇和优势、风险和挑战,以及一些新出现的问题进行归纳、分析和总结。最后,在前面分析的基础上,针对目前存在的问题和挑战从劳动者、企业以及相关法律法规的制定角度提出相应的应对策略,目的在于促进劳资关系的和谐发展。

The development of digital economy is promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and the adjustment of economic structure.The gig economy has realized significant changes and development with the help of digital platforms.However,with the rapid development of gig economy,the vulnerability of gig economy has been exposed gradually and caused a large number of labor disputes.The problems and challenges faced by gig economy have become urgent problems to be solved.By summarizing the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the concepts and characteristics of digital platforms that have caused significant changes in the gig economy.Secondly,the concept,characteristics,types and differences between the gig economy and the"old"gig economy under the digital background are summarized and analyzed.In addition,it summarizes,analyzes and summarizes the opportunities and advantages,risks and challenges of gig economy in the digital background,as well as some emerging problems.Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,in view of the existing problems and challenges from the perspective of workers,enterprises and relevant laws and regulations to put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the harmonious development of labor relations.
