炎症性肠病患者延续性护理体验和需求的质性研究

A qualitative study on the continuing care experience and needs of patients with inflammatory bowel disease

目的探索炎症性肠病患者的延续性护理体验和需求,为后续制定个性化延续性护理提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,运用半结构式访谈法对炎症性肠病患者进行面对面深入访谈收集资料,将收集到的资料用NVivo 11软件和主题分析法进行整理和主题分析。结果访谈10例炎症性肠病患者,共提炼出3个主题。结论医护人员应关注炎症性肠病患者的延续性护理体验和需求,后续为患者提供更多的延续性护理支持和帮助。

Objective To explore the continuing care experience and needs of patients with inflammatory bowel disease and provide a basis for formulating personalized follow-up care.Methods The phenomenological research method of qualitative research was adopted,and the semi-structured interview method was used to collect data by face-to-face in-depth interviews with patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and the collected data were collated and thematic analysis was carried out by NVivo 11 software and thematic analysis method.Results 10 patients with inflammatory bowel disease were interviewed,and a total of 3 themes were extracted.Conclusion Nursing staff should pay attention to the continuing care experience and needs of patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and provide more follow-up support and help for patients.
