教育正义视角下职普协调发展在实现共同富裕中的路径研究

摘要 我国实现全面小康后,创造共同富裕的未来已成为教育发展的新方向。而职业教育与普通教育的协调发展则是落实共同富裕目标的有效途径。基于教育正义视角,对我国职普协调发展的现状及存在的问题进行分析,并进一步阐述了职普协调发展在实现共同富裕中的作用。在此基础上,提出促进职普协调发展的优化路径:凸显职业教育的类型教育作用,推进普职融通;建立区域性协调发展的职教体系,提高行业和企业的融入度;提高职业教育质量,以及营造公平的外部环境。 With China′s achievement of comprehensive prosperity,the pursuit of common prosperity has become a new direction of education development.The coordinated development of vocational education and general education is an effective approach to realize the goal of common prosperity.Based on the perspective of educational justice,this paper analyzes the current status and existing problems of vocational and general education coordinated development in China,and further elaborates on the role of vocational and general education coordinated development in realizing common prosperity.Based on these considerations,the paper proposes optimization path of promoting the coordinated development of vocational and general education;highlights the role of type education of vocational education;advances the integration of general and vocational education;establishes regional coordinated vocational education systems;enhances the integration of industry and enterprises;improves the quality of vocational education and creates a fair external environment.
