充分发挥要素市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,激发地区创新活力,强化科技与经济深度对接,有利于全球价值链地位攀升。基于2010—2021年我国30个省份(未含港、澳、台、藏)的面板数据,多维度考察统一要素市场、倒逼式创新(包括引进创新、自主创新、模仿创新三种类型)对全球价值链地位的影响与作用机制。研究发现,统一要素市场对全球价值链地位攀升具有显著促进作用,且该促进作用具有地区异质性,在中部地区最强,在西部地区次之,在东部地区最弱。统一要素市场可经由引进创新和自主创新间接促进全球价值链地位攀升,模仿创新并非统一要素市场促进全球价值链地位攀升的有效途径。此外,统一要素市场对全球价值链地位的影响具有N形特征;在引进创新、模仿创新约束下,统一要素市场对全球价值链地位的影响呈现倒U形特征;在自主创新约束下,统一要素市场对全球价值链地位的影响呈现边际效率递增特征,自主创新是促使统一要素市场发挥正向影响效应的长久机制。为有效促进全球价值链地位攀升,应统一市场基础制度规则,强化市场集聚和吸纳高端资源的聚合力;完善功能性产业建设,充分发挥统一要素市场调控能力;坚持自主创新,提升国际竞争与合作优势。

Giving full play to the decisive role of the factor market in resource allocation,motivating local innovative vitality,and strengthening deepen science and economic connecting is conducive to promote the rise of global value chain position.Based on panel data from 30 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and Tibet)from 2010 to 2021,the authors examine the multidimensional effects and underlying mechanisms of unified factor markets and forced innovation(i.e.,imported innovation,independent innovation,and imitative innovation)on global value chain position.It is found that:the unified factor market has a significant promoting effect on the rise of global value chain position,the impact of the unified factor market on the global value chain position exhibits significant regional heterogeneity,with the strongest driving force in the central regions,and then the western regions,and the weaker impact on the eastern regions.The unified factor market can indirectly promote the rise of global value chain position through both imported and independent innovation,while imitative innovation cannot become an effective way for the unified factor market to promote the rise of global value chain position.In addition,there is a N-type nonlinear characteristic between the unified factor market and the global value chain position;under the constraint of imported innovation and imitative innovation,the impact of the unified factor market on global value chain position is inverted U-shaped;under the constraint of independent innovation,the impact of the unified factor market on global value chain position presents the characteristic of rising marginal efficiency;and independent innovation is the long-term mechanism that promoting the positive impact of the unified factor market.To effectively promote the rise of global value chain position,it is necessary to unify the basic institutional rules of the market,strengthen market agglomeration and absorb brilliant resource aggregation,improve the construction of functional industries and leverage the ability of unified factor market regulation,adhere to promote the independent innovation,and enhance the advantages of international competition and cooperation.
