国外宇航机构太阳电池阵研制标准及试验验证体系概述

摘要 近几年卫星在轨出现多次太阳电池阵输出电流减小的异常问题,通过对在轨数据的分析确认是近期频繁高发的同一类型质量问题,主要由于一段时间技术、工艺条件发生变化,而地面试验验证手段没有适应该变化,导致出现异常。针对卫星太阳电池阵研制标准及其验证试验开展研究,对国外卫星太阳电池阵在研制阶段完成的试验进行分析。重点研究太阳电池片的生产、鉴定测试和试验;太阳电池板的生产和鉴定过程中完成的测试和试验;以及对太阳电池板装配成翼后进行的测试和试验验证体系进行调研与分析研究,并与国内卫星太阳电池阵研制过程的各项试验开展对比分析,为后续太阳电池阵的研制过程试验提供参考。 In recent years,there are many abnormal phenomena that solar array of on-orbit satellites output currents decrease.Through the analysis of on-orbit data,it is confirmed that it is the same type of quality problem that has frequently occurred recently,mainly for the craft and process conditions have changed over a period of time,however the ground test verification methods does not adapt to the changes.Researches on the development standards and development tests of satellite solar arrays were carried out.And the tests in the development completed phase of foreign satellite solar arrays were analyzed,especially focusing on the production,identification test and experiment of solar cells.What's more,a comparative analysis with various tests of satellite solar array in domestic development process was carried out to provide a reference for the subsequent development of the solar array.
