高轨长寿命卫星电源子系统充放电的设计与试验验证

摘要 针对GEO轨道卫星电源子系统产品的在轨应用需求,开展了电源子系统设计和试验验证工作。子系统采用“三域”全调节100 V母线,设计了充放电调节模块完成锂离子蓄电池组的充放电功能。充电调节功能采用冷备份电路设计,硬件控制电路实现恒流恒压充电;放电调节功能采用升压电路并联形式工作在热备份状态。介绍了电源子系统的充放电功能的设计思路,通过开展地面试验对电源子系统的充放电功能进行验证,结合试验数据和测试波形对关键参数进行分析和总结。提出的设计方法和试验验证情况可以为GEO轨道卫星的电源子系统设计提供参考。 The battery charge-discharge design was made,and the experimental verification was carried out for GEO satellite EPS application requirements.Battery charge-discharge regulators were configured for the EPS with 3-region control 100 V bus to achieve the lithium-ion battery charge&discharge function.Battery charge regulators were in cold backup mode,and hardware circuit was used for constant current and constant voltage function.Battery discharge regulators with parallel boost circuits were in hot backup mode.The disign of charge-discharge function of EPS was described,and the results of ground testing system verified the correctness of the charge-discharge function.The key parameters were analyzed and summarized by test data and waveform.The design method and experimental verification offered a reference for study and design of GEO satellite power system.
