摘要
对示波器中基于数字滤波的带宽限制方法展开研究。介绍了示波器中带宽限制的含义和传统模拟电路实现方式的劣势;针对这些劣势,提出了一种基于数字滤波实现带宽限制的方法,描述了对应的实现结构和信号处理流程,给出了以数字滤波方式在100 MHz带宽限制下示波器的测试结果,以期对推进国产示波器的技术进步具有一定的参考价值。
Bandwidth limitation methods are researched for digital filtering in oscilloscopes.The meaning of band-width limitation in oscilloscopes and the disadvantages of traditional analog circuit implementation methods are introduced.A method based on digital filtering for bandwidth limitation is proposed to address these disadvantages,and the corresponding implementation structure and signal processing process are described.The test results of the oscillo-scope under the 100 MHz bandwidth limit using digital filtering are provided,with the aim of providing certain reference value for promoting the technological progress of domestic oscilloscopes.
