基于灵敏指针的水表计量性能测试及方法

摘要 针对企业水表研发过程中水表性能测试问题,运用图像识别技术设计了一套基于测量灵敏指针旋转加速度的水表性能测试系统。通过模板匹配方法定位灵敏指针ROI区域,采集灵敏指针转动图像序列,利用SIFT算法对相邻每帧图片进行特征点匹配,计算出灵敏指针的旋转角度;通过灵敏指针的旋转角度累加计算出该过程的累计流量,其精度可达万分之一,相较千分位的红色指针精度提高了10倍以上;将灵敏指针的旋转角度转换为角加速度,通过分析灵敏指针的角加速度图像推导水表内部机构的受力变化情况,以量化评测其性能。该分析系统的研制及相应方法的确立,为企业实现水表的高精度测试提供了有效可行的方案。 Aiming at the problem of water meter performance test in the process of enterprise water meter research and development,a water meter performance test system based on measuring the rotating acceleration of sensitive pointer is designed by using image recognition technology.The ROI area of the sensitive pointer is located by the template matc-hing method,the image sequence of the sensitive pointer rotation is collected,and the SIFT algorithm is used to match the feature points of each adjacent frame to calculate the rotation angle of the sensitive pointer.The cumulative flow of the process is calculated by the accumulation of the rotation angle of the sensitive pointer,and its accuracy can reach 1/10000,which is over 10 times higher than that of the red pointer in the thousandth.The rotation angle of the sensitive pointer is converted into angular acceleration,and the force change of the internal mechanism of the water meter is deduced by analyzing the angular acceleration image of the sensitive pointer to quantitatively evaluate its performance.The development of the analysis system and the establishment of corresponding methods provide an effective and feasible scheme for enterprises to realize high-precision measurement of water meters.
