摘要
以我国钢铁工业持续推进智慧制造为背景,分析了某钢铁中连铸生产工序ibaPDA系统的应用现状,提出了通过ibaPDA系统打造数字化板坯的优化方案,旨在助力钢铁企业实现板坯产品的数字化交付。
Taking the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in China's steel industry as the background,the application status of the ibaPDA system in the continuous casting production process of a certain steel was analyzed.An optimization plan for creating digital slabs through the ibaPDA system was proposed,aiming to assist steel enterprises to achieve digital delivery of slab products.
