中深层地下水源热泵机组群实际运行特性分析

Analysis of the actual operating characteristics of medium and deep groundwater heat pump units

摘要 以陕西某中深层地下水源热泵系统为例,分析新热源旧管网地热能供热系统的现有运行策略;采集供热站在供暖季各设备实际运行数据,分析室外温度、不同启停组合对供热站热泵机组群性能的影响;通过新旧运行方案的对比分析,预测优化后的运行方案可以为供热站每个供暖季提升的经济效益。研究结果表明,现有运行方案热泵机组群运行耗电量和制热量均呈现阶跃式分布,相同热泵机组运行台数下,不同机组出力存在差异;不同启停组合下,制热量存在较大差别,但制热性能系数基本相同;优化后的运行方案,可以为供热站每个供暖季节约电费约39.2万元。 In this paper,a middle-deep groundwater source heat pump system in Shaanxi province is taken as an example to analyze the existing operation strategy of the geothermal heat supply system of the old and new heat source pipe network.The actual operation data of each equipment in heating station during heating season are collected,and the effects of outdoor temperature and different start-stop combinations on the performance of heat pump units in heating station are analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of the old and new operation schemes,the economic benefits of the optimized operation schemes can be predicted for each heating season.The results show that the power consumption and heat production of the heat pump unit group in the existing operation scheme show a step distribution,and the output of different units is different under the same number of heat pump units.Under different start-stop combination,the heat production is different,but the heat performance coefficient is basically the same.The optimized operation scheme can cost at least 392,000 yuan for each heating season of the heating station.
