摘要
岩巷工作面遇到坚硬岩石时,存在爆破效果差、截齿材料消耗严重和推进效率低等问题。针对庞庞塔煤矿一采区9#煤输送机上山工况,提出岩巷掘进中深孔预裂松动爆破技术,结合LS-DYNA软件对爆破过程开展数值模拟分析,并利用现场试验验证爆破参数设计的合理性。研究结果表明:中深孔预裂松动爆破技术可以起到弱化岩石的作用,预裂松动效果良好,且岩石仍保留一定的整体性;孔间距为1.5 m时孔间裂纹贯穿效果较好,在爆炸应力波的叠加作用下,孔间连心线测点的等效应力数值显著大于非孔间连心线测点。该技术的应用可减少70%的截齿消耗,综合掘进速度提高55%,保证了工作面的安全高效生产,减少了设备材料消耗,研究成果可为类似工况提供参考借鉴。
When encountering hard rock in the rock roadway working face,there are problems such as poor blasting effect,severe consumption of cutting materials,and low propulsion efficiency.This paper proposed a medium-length hole pre-splitting and loosening blasting technology for rock roadway excavation in response to the working conditions of the 9#coal conveyor rise in the first mining area of Pangpangta Coal Mine.The blasting process was numerically simulated and analyzed using LS-DYNA software,and the rationality of the blasting parameter design was verified through on-site experiments.The research results indicate that the medium-length hole pre-splitting and loosening blasting technology can weaken the rock,and the pre-splitting and loosening effect is good,while the rock still retains a certain degree of integrity;when the spacing between holes is 1.5 m,the penetration effect of cracks between holes is good,under the superposition of explosive stress waves,the equivalent stress value of the measurement points on the center line between holes is significantly greater than that of the non-center line measurement points.And the application of this technology can reduce the consumption of cutting teeth by 70%,increase the comprehensive excavation speed by 55%,ensure safe and efficient production of the working face,reduce equipment and material consumption,and the research results can provide reference for similar working conditions.
