基于烟风系统的火电机组节能运行特性研究

摘要 为了实现火电机组在深度调峰期间节能降耗,研究烟风系统运行节能特性具有重要意义。单侧烟风系统运行最多能带50%负荷,满足深度调峰要求的同时,还能够有效地降低厂用电率。通过调取烟风系统历史运行数据,拟合2台引风机总功率与负荷公式,结果为一次函数。拟合2台引风机总风量与负荷公式,拟合单台引风机功率与风量公式,结果均为指数函数。通过进行240 MW,300 MW单台引风机运行试验,进行拟合计算结果与试验结果对比,验证拟合计算结果的准确性和可靠性。600 MW的火电机组,负荷高于220 MW时,运行2台引风机节能,负荷低于220 MW时,运行1台引风机节能。研究结果能够为单侧烟风系统运行节能转折点的探究提供理论指导,同时丰富了火电机组节能运行技术手段。 In order to realize the energy conservation and consumption reduction of thermal power units during deep peak regulation,it was of great significance to study the energy-efficient operation characteristics of air and gas system.The single-side air and gas system could operate with up to 50%load.It met the requirements of deep peak regulation,but also could effectively reduce the plant power rate.The historical operation data of the air and gas system were collected.The formula between the total power of the two induced draft fans and the load was fitted,and the result was a linear function.The formula between the total air volume of the two induced draft fans and the load was fitted,and the formula between the power of the single induced draft fan and the air volume was fitted.The results were exponential functions.Under the condition of 240 MW and 300 MW,the operation experiment of single induced draft fan was carried out.The fitting calculated results were compared with the experimental results.The accuracy and reliability of the fitting calculation results were verified.For 600 MW thermal power unit,when the load was higher than 220 MW,running two induced draft fans could save energy,when the load was lower than 220 MW,running one induced draft fan could save energy.The research results could provide theoretical guidance for exploring the energy-efficient turning point of the single-side air and gas system,and enrich the technical means of energy-efficient operation of thermal power units.
