复杂地质条件下综采工作面大断面切眼施工及支护

摘要 为解决复杂地质条件下综采工作面大断面切眼围岩变形量大、支护困难的问题,以木瓜煤矿10201综采工作面切眼为研究对象,提出采用“二次成巷”施工工艺和“锚网索+注浆+单体支柱”的联合支护措施。现场应用效果表明:切眼过断层破碎带期间,顶底板相对移近量最大值为138.72 mm,两帮相对移近量最大值为81.62 mm,无冒顶及片帮现象发生,切眼成形效果较好。 In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock and difficult support in the large-section cut of the fully-mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions,taking the cut of 10201 fully-mechanized mining face of Mugua Coal Mine as the research object,the combined support measures of"secondary tunneling"construction technology and"anchor net cable+grouting+single pillar"was proposed.The field application results showed that the maximum relative displacement of the roof and floor was 138.72 mm,and the maximum relative displacement of the two sides was 81.62 mm during the period when the cut passed through the fault fracture zone,there was no roof fall and wall caving,and the cut shaping effect was good.
