锻钢吊钩极限状态和能力验证标准技术指标的确定

Determination of technical indexes for limit state and capability verification standard of forged steel hook

GB/T 41676—2022《起重机设计通则锻钢吊钩的极限状态和能力验证》的修改采用国际标准ISO17440:2014,在标准编制过程中结合我国国情对部分主要技术指标进行了适当调整。文中在分析对比了ISO 17440与GB/T 10051—2010《起重吊钩》技术指标的基础上,介绍了确定这些主要技术指标的原则、过程和结果,供起重机设计、制造、使用相关人员参考。

In the revision of GB/T 41676-2022 Cranes-General Design-Limit States and Proof of competence of Forged Steel Hooks,The ISO 17440:2014 is adopted,and some of the main technical indicators are adjusted according to current Chinese conditions in the process of standard preparation.In this paper,based on the analysis and comparison of technical indicators of ISO 17440 and GB/T 10051-2010 Lifting Hooks,the principle,process and results of determining these main technical indicators are introduced,which can be used as a reference for crane design,manufacture and use.
