医护一体化模式下的口腔专科精细化护理在上颌窦外提升牙种植术中的应用

Application of meticulous nursing in dental specialty under the integrated medical care model in maxillary sinus elevation during tooth implantation

目的:探讨对上颌后牙种植区骨量不足病例,尤其是骨高度不足需骨增量种植患者围手术期专科精细化护理要点,提高手术质量,减少术后并发症。方法:选择2018年1月~2021年12月就诊于青海红十字医院口腔修复科因上颌后牙缺失且需要行上颌窦外提升术同期牙种植术患者60例。根据护理方案不同随机将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组采用传统常规护理,研究组采用医护一体化模式下的口腔专科精细化护理。比较两组患者的术后不良反应情况、护理满意度和DAS评分并进行对比分析。结果:两组间治疗后研究组DAS评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),而护理满意度高于对照组(χ~2=4.043,P<0.05)。结论:上颌窦外提升同期牙种植体植入术围手术期患者,进行口腔医护一体化模式下的口腔种植流程管理与专科精细化护理,可以减少手术不良反应发生率,提高患者护理满意度,降低紧张焦虑情绪。

Objective:To explore the key points of perioperative specialized and meticulous nursing care for patients with bone deficiency in maxillary molar implantation area,especially those with insufficient bone height who need bone augmentation,so as to improve the operation quality and reduce postoperative complications.Methods:60 cases were selected in the Dental Restoration Department of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 due to missing maxillary posterior teeth and the need for external maxillary sinus augmentation surgery and dental implantation surgery.Patients who need to undergo maxillary sinus elevation with immediate implant placement were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different nursing schemes.The control group received routine nursing care.The oral implant process and specialized nursing methods under the integrated medical care model were used respectively,and targeted specialized meticulous nursing was adopted.The adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction,and DAS scores of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the DAS score and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05),while nursing satisfaction was higher in the control group(χ~2=4.043,P0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative patients with maxillary sinus elevation with immediate implant placement,oral implant process management and specialized meticulous nursing under the integrated medical care model can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during surgery,improve patient satisfaction with nursing,and reduce tension and anxiety.
